The ferrets and the Blot

Well, well. Look at that. Shy Diva Blot has come out of her shell completely, and even tolerates the ferrets. Indeed, she finds them fascinating, apparently. Well, soon, she'll have nephew Alfie to play with as well ...
 
 
 

New Harness

Here are a couple of pictures of Blotty in her new soft (puppy) harness. After 20mins she stopped running around the room demanding to be let out and accepted that if she wants to go into the garden she must get used to it. I keep telling her she looks beautiful with it on! :-)

In the Jungle ...

This picture of Blot on the window ledge reminds me of a wild cat in the Jungle. To prove what a "Wild Cat" she is ... finally eating raw rabbit - to busy to look up!

Blot in her new home

Blot moved to Harrogate, North Yorkshire last Thursday. She seems to have settled in so far, although she's still not sure about the ferrets. More pictures to follow ...

Nala recently rejected her kittens when they were 8 weeks old. Little Milton was in shock, loosing weight and condition. Somehow, two lonely hearts found eachother: Blot "adopted" Milton - she even let's him suckle, although there is no milk. Just look at that gorgeous embrace: here is one of them,Milton cuddling up to big sis Blot from Nala's litter last year.

She is not quite as unapproachable as the vets said she was. She seems fine. A little scared of being lonely, but very happy to be home. I'm convinced she remembers.

Blot is back with us!

And she's beautiful. She'll be in quarantine for a couple of weeks and then we'll be able to show some pictures of how well she has matured!
